Your Agreement to this License:

If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not copy,install, distribute or use any copy of AutoBAUP with which this License is included.

One registered copy of AutoBAUP may either be used by a single person who uses the softwarepersonally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

You may access the registered version of AutoBAUP through a network, provided that you haveobtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access thesoftware through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will accessAutoBAUP on the network, each workstation must have its own AutoBAUP license, regardless ofwhether they use AutoBAUP at different times or concurrently.

You may use the registered version of AutoBAUP as a hub to copy files from one computerconnected on the network to another computer connected on the network, provided that youhave obtained individual licenses for the software covering all computers that will beaccessed by the hub.

Becauseof the various hardware and software environments into which AutoBAUP may be put, NO ARRANTYOF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using theprogram.

In no event shall AutoB Software Workroom be liable for any incidental, consequential, orpunitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of AutoBAUP, or your relationship withCentered Systems.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties on the subjectmatter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders,agreements and arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the USA.Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this Agreement shall be incourts and fora located in the USA, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.

All rights of any kind in AutoBAUP which are not expressly granted in this License areentirely and exclusively reserved to and by AutoBAUP Workroom. You may not rent, lease,modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works basedon AutoBAUP. You may not make access to AutoBAUP available to others in connection with aservice bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use AutoBAUP Workroomin a business to provide file backup services to others.

Free after all!!!

This software works too fast and made what was promised. If you don't believe in other ways to check your web connection, this is an affordable manner.

Summary

I needed to scan active IP addresses on our network and this was perfect for the job.

Dictator software

The software sounded just what I needed. The download and install went well, however, once started the software took over my system. It opened 15 windows, would not shut down, and kept an open line to my satellite modem. No telling what it sent out before I disabled the modem.

I had to hold the power button to shut down my system, then boot into Safe Mode to remove the program.

Never would I consider recommending it to friend or foe.
